Rabbi Roi & Mari Garcia
Lead Rabbi

Rabbi Roi has dedicated three decades to leading BHS and has made significant contributions by launching ministries around the globe while also serving in various capacities for the Israeli government. Working alongside him is his wife Mari, who leads the women's ministry and plays a crucial in supporting his vision and initiatives. Together, they are committed to fostering growth and connection within their community and beyond.
Rabbi Baruch & Taylor Garcia
​Rabbi Baruch has been in ministry for over a decade, working as children’s director, Hebrew teacher, and Rabbi. Baruch studied Hebrew at UT Austin and later attended Southwestern AG University in Waxahachie where he received his master’s degree in theology. He is also ordained by the IAMCS and is a member of the ΘΑΚ (Theta Alpha Kappa) society for religious studies. Baruch is married to Taylor, who was raised in the messianic movement.
Rabbi Gil Moreno and Rebbetzin Norah Moreno
Rabbi Gil and his wife Norah are dedicated to sharing their passion for the Torah with the community. Together, they lead a vibrant Sephardic service that welcomes everyone, offering teachings in Hebrew, English, and Spanish. Their inclusive approach fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere for spiritual growth and connection. Join them to experience a unique blend of tradition and accessibility in worship.
